Panorama 360 Features and Pricing

This page lists what Panorama 360 includes, what is planned, how the plans are meant to differ and how AI credits work. Where something is not available or not final, we say so rather than leave it out.

Panorama 360 is coming soon to Android and is not on Google Play yet. The prices below are what we plan to charge at launch.

Product overview

Panorama 360 is an Android app for capturing guided panoramas with your phone. It has two capture modes, stitches photos on the device, includes a viewer, a light editor and export, and lets you add hotspots and links between panoramas. An optional AI Studio is planned. It needs Android 10 or later with a back camera and motion sensors, and results vary between phones.

Capture

• Guided capture with on-screen markers, a level indicator and a coverage map.
• Horizontal 360°, usually about 10 to 14 photos.
• Full sphere 360° × 180°, usually about 25 to 35 photos, including floor and ceiling.
• Automatic capture when you are steady and aimed, or manual capture; blur checks; undo; pause and resume; saved sessions.
• A sign-in with an emailed code is required before you start capturing.

Viewing, editing and export

• An interactive viewer: drag, pinch and double-tap to reset. Partial panoramas are labelled.
• A light editor: start view, level (complete spheres), crop (partial panoramas) and colour, saved as new versions.
• Export to your gallery or share as a JPEG with Google's spherical panorama metadata.
• Hotspots with notes, and links between panoramas, on every plan.

Studio is for client and publishing workflows. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in Google Play. Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year; Studio is $14.99 a month.

AI tools and credits

AI Studio is planned and not launched. It is separate from the plans above: AI tools are meant to use prepaid credits, show the cost before every operation, ask you to confirm and return the credits if an operation fails. Using AI tools sends the image you choose to an external AI provider, and the app will say so first. See AI panorama tools for what is planned.

Prices and purchasing rules

Plans cost $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year for Pro and $14.99 a month for Studio. AI credit packs are one-time purchases: Starter 100 credits for $2.99, Popular 350 for $7.99, Creator 1,000 for $14.99 and Studio 2,500 for $29.99. They are sold through Google Play, which shows the price in your currency with any taxes, so amounts can differ by country. We do not offer any other checkout.

Supported Android devices

Android 10 or later, a back camera and motion sensors that report rotation. We do not promise that every phone will give the same result, and we may add device notes after real-world testing.

Free versus paid in plain terms

Free is intended to be genuinely useful for capturing and viewing panoramas. Paid plans remove export limits, add hosted tour links and, for Studio, add organisation and tour package export. Nothing about basic camera functionality is locked behind credits.

Common questions about plans

People often ask whether the free tier stops working at some point. The intention is that capture, stitching, viewing and standard export stay available, with the export limits described above. Another common question is whether AI is included in Pro or Studio. It is not: AI tools are separate and credit-based. If any of this changes before launch, this page will change too.
